5 Hour Wellness Package Card

Save $100 on 5 Hours of Service Time. To be used in any time incriment 15 min-5 Hrs.

Package Cards and Gift Certificates can be used towards any Sage Wellness service.

If total of service exceeds package or certificate, remainder due will be paid at checkout. Package/Certificate value will be deducted at time of checkout. 

All Sage Wellness Cards and Certificates are non refundable but are transferable. 

Default : Sage Wellness Cards and Certificates will be held at office under purchasers name.
